Nigel Tan
(Managing Director)
Since 1995, Nigel Tan has worked in the construction sector. He began as an architectural coordinator and worked hard the entire time he was employed, earning many people’s trusts because of his sincere, dependable, and hardworking character.
His work has involved a variety of reputable architectural firms, including W Architects, AR43 Architects, Hyla Architects, Studio Wills + Architects, Aamer Architects, K2LD Architects, and others.
His project experiences span a wide range of building typology, including landed houses, condominiums, factories, commercial, healthcare, and infrastructure.
Along with being able to comprehend the various degrees of fine detail for various building typologies, he has also developed a profound understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical work over the years, giving him the advantage to handle complex project requirements in his later years of employment.
He has been given this prestigious position of project director in a building company.

Carlos Lai
(Technical Manager)
Carlos Lai has been a part of the organization since it was founded. He was appointed as a Technical Manager to oversee ongoing improvements in ensuring that the organization complies with the most recent authorities’ codes of practices.
He also attends all technical meetings, checks and confirms the accuracy of submissions from contractors and suppliers, ensures that consultant approvals are received promptly, and conducts periodic on-site quality checks and site inspections.

Ms. Crystal Koo
(Admin Manager)
Ms. Crystal Koo has been a part of the organization since it was founded. She is familiar with leading teams of administrative officers, coordinating clerical chores, and directing daily support activities.
Additionally, they collaborate with management and support personnel to evaluate and refine administrative procedures and increase productivity, such as sending employees to necessary training sessions and handling their administrative responsibilities.
Jonathan Goi
(Safety Manager)
Jonathan Goi has been working in the field since 2002. In addition to being a certified resident technical officer, he also has the titles of security officer, environmental control officer, earth control measures officer, and workplace safety & health officer.
In addition to giving seminars for MDIS, he has taught at Birmingham City University, Coleman College, Global School of Technology & Management, Singapore Polytechnic, and Global School of Technology & Management.
He has conducted training in a number of safety training schools and centers as an authorized workplace safety and health trainer.
To raise industry standards, he has also created WSQ and CPE modules for several schools. His strict discipline, work ethic, love of construction work, and empathy for his coworkers have all helped make him into the Safety Manager he is today.

Desmond Lee
(Site Manager)
Desmond Lee has been in the construction sector for more than 30 years.
He make sure that the project is scheduled on time and stays within the site budget.
He also assists in maintaining the highest level of quality and ensuring the safety of all workers at the construction site.
Ms. Kam Itt Theng
(Senior Quantity Surveyor)
Ms. Kam Itt Theng began working in this field since 2010 and held the title of quantity surveyor in a professional capacity at organizations including Lum Chang, Daiya, and China Con.
She has knowledge of valuing and confirming variant works in addition to having experience with procurement and the awarding procedure.
She managed bids for numerous projects, including condominiums, landed estates, office complexes, and others.
She is able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines quickly. At a later stage in her career, she began concentrating on the interior design department by utilizing her skills in building construction, interior design costing, and site coordination or supervision activities.

Ms. Chin Tin

Ms. Chin Tin took charge of assembling structural and product requirements, figuring out size and material needs, making precise designs, and making sure rules and quality standards are followed.
She also oversees all site modifications that are required and makes sure they correspond with the construction drawing. She also provided assistance with project tenders

Nicholas Tan

Nicholas Tan Oversees all site modifications and ensure that all work is completed with efficiency and quality, monitor, coordinate, and keep track of the site’s construction progress.
Work carried out on site are closely monitored, and appropriate updates are given to internal divisions. recognizing and fixing issues at work.
Ms. Li Hui Shan
(Quantity Surveyor)
Ms. Li Hui Shan took charge of assembling structural and product requirements, figuring out size and material needs, making precise designs, and making sure rules and quality standards are followed.
She also oversees all site modifications that are required and makes sure they correspond with the construction drawing. She also provided assistance with project tenders
Kamaraj Silambarasan
(Acting. Site/Safety Supervisor)
Silambarasan oversees internal workers’ and subcontractors’ work. in order to meet the project schedule, to collaborate closely with other site operations staff.
Make sure the installation is done in accordance with the construction plans. to keep an eye on the quantity and quality of the work that workers are producing.
Silambarasan are more focused on new built projects.
Karmokar Sree Suronjon
(Acting. Site/Safety Supervisor )

Suronjon oversees internal staff members’ and subcontractors’ work. in order to meet the project schedule, to collaborate closely with other site operations staff.
Make sure the installation is done in accordance with the construction plans. to keep an eye on the quantity and quality of the work that workers are producing.
Suronjon are more focused on A&A and maintenance projects.
